Superbowl weekend brought about the annual party up at the Aitkin family cabin. As you can see a little spark turns into a big problem when its -10 degrees outside without water and an fire extinguiser.
Fortunately nobody was hurt and the Fire was put out fairly quickly. The cabin is still in tact other than the massive smoke damage and you can see the main living room needs to be overhauled along with the ceiling. The roof was kept in pretty good shape because of the -10 degrees and the snow, the hole where the chimney used to be got a board put over it so the cabin wouldnt get leaked into.
I've created and managed this website for my Wife Melissa and our family. Since 04/08/04 when I proposed to her we've had the typical up's and down's in life but our love for each other and the family is what make's it all worth it. I hope you enjoy our photography and stories!
