Born in Minneapolis, MN on Aug. 31, 1918
Departed on Feb. 19, 2007 and resided in Minneapolis, MN.
As many of you know she has been struggling since having a stroke many years ago. We are having Funeral arrangements on Friday at Grace Luthern Church and the visitation will be hosted tonight (Thursday) at Henry W Anderson funeral home, in Apple Valley from 5pm to 8pm.

Thorberg, Dorothy L. age 88, longtime resident of Apple Valley passed away quietly in her sleep on Monday, February 19. Preceded in death by husband, Arleigh; and a sister, Audrey. Survived by children, Gary (Linda), Paul (Lori) and Janis (Gregg) Larsen; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, William (Karen) Johnson; and numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. Avid quilter, artist and cook, dedicated to family, community and church. Truly a gracious lady. Service Friday 11:00 AM, Grace Lutheran Church, 7800 County Rd. 42, Apple Valley, with her visitation Thursday 5-8 PM, Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th & Garrett Ave., Apple Valley. Private family interment Fort Snelling.
