I haven’t posted in a little while so heres the latest…. We recently got new carpet in the Family Room where i’ve been working hard at ripping out the old brick fireplace, along with alot of the drywall. Finally its a habitable room again for Ian to run and play in. That got done just in time for christmas which was really nice! There is a photo of the room in the XMAS 2007 gallery (excuse the tacky sheets over the windows we hadn’t got blinds yet).
Ian is becoming the mimic man, he will repeat nearly everything you say now so needless to say you have to watch your mouth even more around him! In lighter news hes been a pretty happy guy lately not sick finally and running amuck all over. He’s to the point where he knows what he wants and will certainly let you know he wants ‘juice’ not ‘milk’, or ‘more/all done’. It’s been alot of fun talking with him and hearing what he has to say as hes so vocal now, although he still plays the shy card when we visit grandma & grandpas. He loves looking at the photo albums or on our website to see pictures of his cousin Kyle or all the relatives. We recently went to the zoo and of course hes all over the place there. I put a few new photos in the photo gallery from the holidays and the famous zoo trip.
As for myself I recently had to send my Xbox 360 into microsoft for repair as it ended up having a fatal heat issue which would cause it to not turn on anymore and sit there blinking three red lights. I called support about the issue on Xmas night and they promptly (7 days later…. ) sent me a box to ship the unit back to their offices. Finally the Xbox got back to their shipping department yesterday January 8th. So hopefully ill have a new Xbox within the next week (update: Microsoft has shipped my new xbox 360 I should get it monday or tuesday..I got a new working xbox360 wednesday!). I’ve been itching to get the new game Rock Band, if you haven’t seen or heard of this it’s the most insane party game ever. You get a microphone, guitar and a drum set that you than play songs with (you gotta see it and try it to understand).
Melissa recently hasnt been feeling well with constant headaches/nauseau from Baby#2 but she remains in good spirits knowing that we will be finding out what the new little monster is going to be (boy/girl) early February. If you haven’t already please Vote what you think the new baby will be as of when i’m posting this the girls are winning 20-14… where’s my boy votes at!
Im going to call for a recount on this Girl victory, I think voter fraud came into play!
I've created and managed this website for my Wife Melissa and our family. Since 04/08/04 when I proposed to her we've had the typical up's and down's in life but our love for each other and the family is what make's it all worth it. I hope you enjoy our photography and stories!
